BBA LLB (Honours)*

Faculty of Legal Studies is starting integrated BBA LLB(H) & BA LLB(H) from academic year 2026-27. This is a five-year programme designed to equip students of SAARC with a strong foundation in the humanities and business administration alongside rigorous legal training, thereby fostering well-rounded legal professionals.

The BA LLB programme blends disciplines such as political science, sociology and economics with core areas of law, nurturing critical thinking and a deep understanding of the socio-legal context. The BBA LLB programme, on the other hand, integrates management and business studies with legal education, preparing students to navigate the increasingly complex interface between law, commerce, and corporate governance.

With an emphasis on academic excellence, research orientation, clinical training, internships, and professional ethics, these programmes aim to cultivate competent, socially responsible, and industry-ready legal professionals who can contribute meaningfully to the justice system and the corporate world alike. The programme will develop global competency amongst its students so that they can not only practice law in SAARC nations but also in other developed nations. The focus of the programme will be to meet international standards in legal education. This programme is recognized by all members of SAARC.
